As the Koinonia's name suggests, the foundation to our building approach is
communication. Information gathering is our forte and we begin the process using
an often-missed but important communication ingredient - listening closely to
our client's needs. We do not take a cookie-cutter approach to building living

traditionally built one. Even after initial discussions, our Koinonia fact
gathering continues throughout the building process.
